51国产视频 Athletics Director Scott Farmer today issued a statement about NCAA allegations resulting from an investigation of infractions involving a former assistant football coach.

鈥淲e take the allegations very seriously and have fully cooperated with the investigation,鈥 said Farmer. 鈥淲e鈥檝e been committed to finding the truth as much as the NCAA.鈥

Dr. Joseph Savoie, president of 麻豆AV, said that he respects the NCAA enforcement process and commends the Athletics Department for being open and cooperative.

鈥淥ur university strives to comply with NCAA standards and maintains a comprehensive rules compliance program. We do not condone misconduct and take any suggestion of wrongdoing seriously,鈥 said Savoie.

NCAA regulations restrict a university from making disclosures about a case until its conclusion. However, in being responsive to a request for public records, the university is releasing the NCAA鈥檚 notice of allegations and the university鈥檚 response, according to Farmer.

鈥淥ur athletics program, part of a public university, remains committed to transparency.鈥

University representatives will appear later this fall at a confidential hearing that is not open to the public, according to NCAA procedure. Several months following the hearing, the Committee on Infractions will publicly issue its decision.

鈥淐onsistent with NCAA protocol, the university cannot comment further until the final decision,鈥 said Farmer.
