It will be open an additional three hours each Wednesday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and will be closed on Fridays. Other museum hours will remain the same.
LouAnne Greenwald, museum director, said the change will enable the museum to schedule more programs each week at a time that鈥檚 more convenient for working professionals.
鈥淏y opening one weekday evening, that gives our community a better chance to get here, as well as people on campus,鈥 she said.
Programs scheduled on Wednesday nights could include lectures, readings, panel discussions or musical performances.
